Do all of your clients land their jobs?Not always. My clients have a high success rate in landing the jobs they interview for after coaching with me. However, I can't guarantee any specific results. If an Interview Prep coach did that, you should probably be skeptical.
Why not?!Interview real talk time: There are factors outside of our control. Did the interviewer already have a candidate in mind? Did the interviewer love you but regardless of you nailing the interview, someone else turned out to be an even better fit? This can happen. But so can this: When you maximize the factors in your control, you get the job!
This happens to my clients all of the time. However, you don't get the first job you interview for after coaching, I'll make sure you're prepared when perfect job comes along. Even if you only have a one day notice prior to the interview, you'll be able to apply your  interviewing and negotiation skills, and LAND your new job!

Why do you talk about confidence so much?I believe that confidence is a superpower when it comes to job interviews. Without confidence, how can you expect employers to take your competence seriously?
How do we meet? All sessions occur virtually, typically over ZOOM video conference. But if video chat isn’t an option for you, we can meet by phone.
Do I need to book your time in advance?  I sometimes have a wait list, so book as soon as you know you’d like support! The more time you have before the interview, the more time you’ll have to integrate what we work on. I take clients on short notice as my schedule allows.
