I’ve now helped thousands of clients, ranging from nurses to pharmacists to physicians, to professional athletes, attorneys, and architects in confidently standing out in this competitive career ecosystem.

My background as a pharmacist teed me up for learning how to adapt quickly. The pharmacy world, like so many career paths today is very competitive. Success is far from guaranteed, and career happiness is NOT assured. If you don’t know how to market yourself or confidently talk about your skills, you are at high risk of going unnoticed, no matter how smart, talented, educated, or credible you really are.

From 2016-2018, I turned down over 30 high-level job opportunities because I knew that my heart was in helping people in a different context then operations and healthcare. That’s when I launched Rx Ashlee. 

Since then, I’ve traveled all over the world teaching professionals to take control of their creative and financial destiny, whether that be landing your dream job, or creating it from the ground up.  

I love helping the smartest and most gifted individuals create the future they really want. There is nothing more satisfying to me than helping you LEVEL UP your career and THRIVE in your life.

I truly believe that you deserve to love the work you do. And, when you love your work (and your work truly sustains you), you can enjoy life beyond the hustle.
