I signed up for coaching because I wanted to brainstorm ways to take the next step in my career. I also wanted a sounding board to talk through ideas and plans while exploring career opportunities. While you are looking to make a change, you can't talk about it with the coworkers you see on a daily basis, and often times, friends and family may not have appropriate guidance.
