The Power of Brevity
If you could move into 2021 with simplicity & comfort, what would you chose to focus on?
How would you ensure your personal & professional needs are being taken care of in the new year?
We tend to overcomplicate goals, values, & priorities, so how do we make sure achieving “happiness” and "success" is readily available?
Here are three questions to reflect on over this holiday to support you with your 2021 focus:
Who do you want to be in 2021?
What is most important to you in 2021?
How do I prioritize #1 and #2 in 2021?
To guide you in answering your own questions, here are a few of my own answers to these questions:
This is who I want to embody & be in 2021 (I recorded a short version for you!): A little bit about me :)
What is most important to me in 2021 – (1 personal & 1 business example):
My husband, daughter, and two dogs + our small circle of close friends
Publishing my first book – Q2, Father’s Day release
How to prioritize #1 and #2:
To maintain my focus, every morning I will write down my answers to question #1 and #2 from above
Hiring Jane, my new assistant, to support the growth & expansion of RX Ashlee
Having my therapist, Nicole, who’ve I’ve been working very close with in 2020, on call as needed
When we drill down what we are focusing on, life becomes more simple & less complex.
We provide ourselves the gift of CLARITY, instead of constant to-do lists and overwhelm.
Complete these questions before January 1, and write me with your answers, would love to hear from you.
Always with you,
Ashlee
